PAYMENT DISCLAIMER FOR INDEPENDENT/RENTERS:

“Please note that some services are provided by independent artists who manage their own scheduling and payment arrangements. Payments are made directly to those who are independent, and accepted payment methods include cash, check, or Zelle. Credit and debit card payments are not available, as our artists do not have card processing machines on-site. Please plan accordingly and confirm payment details with your artist prior to your appointment.”

Online Order Pickup Instructions

Shop online and place your order for convenient in-store pickup. When you arrive, please park in the back alley in one of our four designated pickup spaces. Once parked, call the store at (626) 219-6550 and provide your name and the number of the parking space you are occupying. A member of our team will bring your order directly to your vehicle. Thank you for helping us make your pickup experience quick and convenient!

POLICY ADJUSTMENTS:

At Mark Taylor Salon & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies below:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 for the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

EMERGENCIES

Please reach out! We understand that life happens. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

DEPOSITS

Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within the restricted period.

ONLINE SHOPPING:

Apple Pay is currently unavailable for online purchases. Although Apple Pay may appear as a payment option during checkout, we do not receive the payment request and the transaction will not be processed successfully.

To avoid delays with your order, please select an alternative payment method when completing your purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
